About the event
Two of Palestrina’s epic eight-part masses Missa Assumpta est Maria and Missa Papae Marcelli … Palestrina’s tour de force of the Renaissance. This music is simply heavenly. The great cathedral sounds enveloping the listener and the soul. This is the stuff choral enthusiasts love.
